Alpi Basia Basia Coconut Manna is made from a single ingredient – smoothly ground coconut flesh. It is a full-fat paste with an intense, slightly sweet flavour of white coconut, free from emulsifiers, added sugar and palm oil.

At room temperature, the paste is solid; when gently warmed, it melts into a smooth sauce. It is a versatile addition to both plant-based and traditional cooking: for breakfasts, desserts, smoothies and baked goods.

Directions

Add to fruit, porridge, pancakes and smoothies. To obtain a liquid topping, gently warm the jar in hot water or in the microwave for a few seconds. At room temperature, the manna is solid – this is normal.
