About the product

Spiced-up Coffee Energy is a version for those who enjoy a more intense flavour experience. Natural chilli has been added to the classic blend of ghee and coconut oil – giving the coffee a unique, warming character and a spicy note.

The recipe differs from the classic Energy (85/15): here it is 80% ghee + 20% coconut oil + chilli. The ghee is traditionally clarified for 7–8 hours – a pure product free from water, lactose and casein. Exotic spices – Indian cardamom, cinnamon, Madagascan vanilla and hot chilli – create a multi-dimensional blend.

Intended use

A coffee additive for those on a ketogenic or low-carb diet who enjoy spicy flavours. An alternative for those with lactose, casein or gluten intolerance. Not recommended for those avoiding spicy foods.

Directions for use

Brew your favourite coffee in a pot or coffee maker. Add at least 1 teaspoon of Energised Boost to a cup of hot coffee, and optionally a little honey. For a creamy consistency, blend for 20–30 seconds – this will create a fluffy foam with a spicy aroma. Start with a small amount if you are not used to spicy flavours.

Storage

Store at room temperature. The consistency varies seasonally: semi-liquid in summer, more solid in winter – this is a natural characteristic of the product.
