Vitaler's Dong Quai (Chinese Angelica) 500 mg - 60 Capsules

Vitaler's Dong Quai are capsules with Chinese Angelica root extract (Angelica sinensis) in a 10:1 ratio, with 500 mg of extract in every capsule. The formula is simple: just the extract and a plant-based capsule shell. Suitable for vegans, with one capsule a day and a pack that lasts two months.

About the product

Dong quai is a perennial of the celery family (Apiaceae), grown in the mountains of western China, mainly in Gansu province. It is a close relative of the European garden angelica. The raw material is the aromatic root, which in Chinese cuisine is also added to soups and broths. The 10:1 ratio means the extract is made from roughly ten times as much dried raw material.
