Activlab Black Wolf is a dietary supplement in powder form with a mixed fruit flavour — a pre-workout drink from Activlab, a Polish sports nutrition manufacturer with many years of experience. Simply dissolve one serving (10 g) in approx. 200 ml of water to make a complete pre-workout shake. The formula combines amino acids (beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine, L-tyrosine), bitter orange extract, raspberry extract and caffeine with a full range of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin) as well as magnesium and calcium.

B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, pantothenic acid) and magnesium help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue and maintain normal energy metabolism. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid help with normal homocysteine metabolism, whilst niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function.

Important: one serving provides 200 mg of caffeine — comparable to two strong cups of coffee. The product is not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
