Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate, taurine.

May contain derivatives of cereals containing gluten, soya and milk.

Suggested use

Dissolve 1 scoop of powder (4.5 g) in 375 ml of water. On training days: one serving before training. On rest days: one serving in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
