Each sachet (31.5 g), when dissolved in 500 ml of water, produces a drink containing carbohydrates (26.3 g), electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium) , B vitamins and 100 mg of guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana), providing 22 mg of caffeine per serving. Thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, biotin and folic acid contribute to normal energy metabolism.
