How to use:

Vivocostal oil with heal is intendedfor external use only. Do not apply to open wounds. Apply to cleansed and dried skin. The oil should be gently massaged and patted in and then allowed to absorb. You can also cover the lubricated area with a dressing and leave it on for approximately 3 hours. Apply 2-3 times a day.
