Bilovit Sauna Aromatherapy Bowl for Essential Oils is made of stainless steel and mounted on a movable arm that slides over the stones or heater. Instead of adding fragrance straight onto the heater, you pour it into the bowl - no risk of scorching or damaging the heater.

About the product

Emulsions, menthol crystals and essential oils poured directly onto hot stones can scorch, leave residue, and in extreme cases damage the heater. The bowl solves this the simplest way: the fragrance evaporates from the dish, not from the stones.

The bowl hangs on a movable aluminium arm about 22 cm long, which lets you slide it over the heat source and pull it back once the scent should fade. The mounting bracket is made of red cedar wood, and mounting screws are included.

Intended use

For traditional and infrared saunas. Suitable for fragrance emulsions, essential oils, salt and menthol crystals - or simply water, when you only want to raise the humidity.

How to use

1. Screw the mounting bracket to the cabin wall using the included screws.
2. Pour water into the bowl before adding the oil or emulsion - the fragrance should never evaporate from a dry dish.
3. Slide the arm over the hot stones or heater.
4. Pull the bowl back when you want a lighter scent, or top up the water once it evaporates.

Care

Rinse the bowl and wipe it dry after each session - leftover emulsion can scorch the next time it's used.
