About the product

The filling is simply fruit: 65% apple and 12% pear, pureed and sealed inside a chocolate coating. Pear softens the apple's acidity, so the taste turns out mild and clearly fruity, without a sugary edge.

Chocolate makes up 23% of the bar and contains a minimum of 36% cocoa solids. Instead of sugar, it is sweetened with stevia extract, with dietary fiber from oligofructose adding structure - hence 15 g of fiber per 100 g.
