Dr. Althea Retinol Flat Iron Eye Roller is an eye serum containing 0.1% retinol and a roller applicator — the formula, enriched with bakuchiol, PDRN, peptides and 5% CicaRetisome™, works in multiple ways to combat wrinkles, sagging and loss of elasticity in the skin around the eyes. The built-in roller facilitates application and stimulates microcirculation during massage.

Dr. Althea Retinol Flat Iron Eye Roller combines an advanced formula with an ergonomic applicator — the metal roller cools and gently massages the delicate skin around the eyes with every application, promoting lymphatic drainage and enhancing the absorption of active ingredients. The formula is built around 0.1% retinol, which stimulates cell renewal, collagen production and regulates skin exfoliation. Any potential irritation associated with retinol is mitigated here by CicaRetisome™ 5% — a proprietary complex of Asian pennywort and madecassoside extracts with powerful anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.

In addition to retinol, the formula contains bakuchiol — an antioxidant that enhances the firming and brightening effect without increasing skin sensitivity, PDRN (Sodium DNA) which stimulates skin regeneration at a cellular level, and three peptides (Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5, Acetyl Hexapeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8) which act as ‘botanical Botox’ — relaxing eyelid muscle tension and preventing the deepening of expression lines. Intended use:

Serum designed for mature skin showing the first signs of ageing — wrinkles around the eyes, sagging eyelids and ‘crow’s feet’. Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Introduce the product into your skincare routine gradually due to the presence of retinol.

Directions for use:

Gently squeeze the tube to dispense the product onto the roller, then use the roller to massage the serum into the skin around the eyes, moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Apply in the evening to cleansed skin. Perform a patch test before first use. When using this product, apply an SPF cream in the morning.
