How to use

1 tablet per day with a main meal.

Contraindications

Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. A daily serving of 30 mg zinc exceeds the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) set by EFSA for adults (25 mg/day) - do not use long-term without medical supervision and do not combine with other zinc-containing supplements.
