Mg12 Odnowa is unrefined magnesium-potassium salt from the Kłodawa mine, extracted from natural deposits of kiserite-bearing carnallite. Rich in magnesium, potassium and sulphur ions, it regenerates muscles and relieves tension after physical exertion, leaving the skin soft and firm – free from anti-caking agents and fragrance additives.

Straight from the Kłodawa deposits

Mg12 Odnowa salt comes from deep deposits of kiserite-carnalite – a natural mixture of carnalite, kiserite, halite and anhydrite. Unlike ordinary table salt or sea salt, it contains chloride, magnesium and potassium ions, which makes its composition similar to that of natural therapeutic brines. The product is neither purified nor enriched – it is packaged in its natural mineral form and may contain particles of sand or grit.

Regular brine baths reduce susceptibility to muscle ailments, support recovery after physical exertion and provide relief from symptoms of mental exhaustion. After a bath, the skin is soft, velvety and shows no signs of dryness.

Intended use:

Directions for use:

Prepare a 3% salt solution: add 1–1.5 kg of salt to a half-filled bath (approx. 100 litres). The water temperature should be approx. 38°C. Bathing time: approx. 20 minutes. After the bath, rinse your body under running water. Do not add detergents to the bath – you may use a few drops of essential oil.
