Directions

Start gradually: begin with about 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) daily and slowly increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). Dissolve the powder in a small amount of warm water, wait until the fizzing stops, then top up with liquid to your preferred volume. Can be split into 2-3 servings a day.
