Omega-3 Capsules from Norsan is a dietary supplement containing natural fish oil high in omega-3 fatty acids and provides a daily dose of 1,500 mg of omega-3. Omega-3 Fish Oil Capsules is sourced from sustainable, wild fisheries and is the same one we use for our proven Omega-3 Total. NORSAN fish oil is sourced directly from the flesh of the fish and not as a by-product from the fish liver.

Small fish from sustainably caught, wild-caught fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are caught. Once caught, directly on the boat, the fish are processed and refrigerated. The fishery is subject to strict Norwegian guidelines and has a recognised ‘Friends of the Sea’ certification. The fish oil is then cleaned of contaminants and PCBs and checked according to strict Norwegian regulations.
