Solgar Hair, Skin, Nails is a dietary supplement in tablet form. It contains MSM (OptiMSM), silicon from red algae, vitamin C, zinc, copper and the amino acids L-proline and L-lysine.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen production for the normal function of the skin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin pigmentation.
