Despite the name, it is a different plant from Korean and American ginseng: instead of ginsenosides, it has its own compounds, the eleutherosides. The only ingredients are the extract and a plant-based capsule shell. Suitable for vegans.

About the product

Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is a shrub of the Araliaceae family, densely covered with thin thorns, which is what the Latin name senticosus refers to. It grows in the forests of the Russian Far East, north-eastern China, Korea and Japan. It shares only the family with true ginseng, not the genus, and the name Siberian ginseng is a trade name. The raw material is the root, and the extract is standardised to eleutherosides.
