Wellbear Cold-pressed hemp oil is 100% hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa) – unrefined, cold-pressed in a Polish oil mill. Hemp is an edible plant, non-psychoactive – we press culinary oil from its seeds (not the flowers).
Distinctive nutty flavour – the sensory profile pairs well mainly with raw vegetables and groats. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (77 g/100 g according to the manufacturer’s specifications – see table).

Intended use
Oil for cold dishes: salads, drizzled over bread, as a base for pesto, or mixed with quark. Its distinctive flavour pairs well mainly with raw vegetables and grains. Not suitable for frying or baking – high temperatures degrade polyunsaturated fatty acids. Vegan.
Directions for use
Add 1 tablespoon (12 g) to cold dishes just before serving. Directly from a teaspoon – 1–3 teaspoons a day. Due to its intense flavour profile, start with a smaller portion. It goes perfectly with rocket salads, beetroot salads and quark.
Storage
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within a month – 500 ml of hemp oil oxidises when exposed to light, heat and air after opening. Keep the bottle tightly closed.
