Ziółko Psyllium Husk is purified seed husk of plantain (Plantago ovata), also known as psyllium - a culinary ingredient valued in kitchens for centuries. The pale, light flakes have a neutral taste that does not alter the flavour of your dishes.

How to use

Mix 1-2 teaspoons of psyllium husk in a glass of water, or add it directly to a batter, smoothie, yoghurt or porridge. The husk will quickly thicken the mixture. When using, drink plenty of water - at least 2 litres of fluids daily.

Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly sealed container. Protect from light, moisture and strong odours.
